On May 16, 2023 Jesse Citizen delivered the invocation at the National Defense Industry Association (NDIA) awards ceremony honoring Gen John W. “Jay” Raymond. Gen. Raymond received NDIA highest award, the Dwight D. Eisenhower Award.
